Check in was efficent and friendly.
Stayed on 11th Floor in an apartment, could not find fault with anything. Most importantly, the room was clean as were the sheets/bedding and towels. Usual complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom along with tea/coffee etc in the kitchen. Nice to have a balcony to sit on and enjoy a drink after a days work. The apartments are in a great location, across from the train station and an easy walk to the CBD. There are many cafes, restaurants and hotels also within walking distance. The outdoor pool area was clean, I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Brisbane.

Stayed 6 nights 27 Feb - 5 March 2015.
Great location close to transport, hotels,restaurants and easy walk to CBD and Southbank. One bedroom apartment was well furnished and clean. Room was serviced twice during my stay.
Pool area was fine but could do with some shade area. Check in and reception staff were effcient and friendly. Great Value for money

I have stayed many times here and the customer service from Taya and Elle has always been excellent. At times gone above & above when I have had thinvs go wrong on my travels. Thank you very much.

My sister in law and I arrived for a girls weekend, we were so impressed with the room, was exceptional for the price! Centrally located, awesome staff. We were that happy, we booked again for a month later!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, perfect loaction right in the heart of the CBD.

Perfect to catch the trains and to walk into Queen st.

Staff are lovely and were always there to help when something didnt go right for us.
